We proudly produce hand-decorated products, made-from-scratch breads, buns, rolls, bagels and cakes.

 

 

Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and yeast. The lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli gives it a more sour taste, improved keeping qualities and makes the bread easier for us to digest. Fermentation takes approximately 30 hours.

The long-fermenting yeast bread acquires great taste after it is matured for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
